Terms of Use

These terms apply to the CatchScreen website, web editor, browser extension and desktop apps (together, “CatchScreen”), provided by Voixity (“we”, “us”). If you use CatchScreen on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms for that organization.

You may use CatchScreen to take, annotate, copy and save screenshots for personal or business purposes. Please don't misuse it — for example by trying to break its security, reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it to violate anyone's rights.

Your screenshots and annotations belong to you. Because they're processed on your device, we don't receive them. You're responsible for what you capture and share, including making sure you have the right to share it and that you respect other people's privacy and confidential information.

Some parts of CatchScreen — including the desktop apps, the browser extension and automatic scrolling capture — are in early access. They may change, contain bugs or be unavailable at times. Always check important screenshots before you share them.

CatchScreen, its design and its software are owned by Voixity. The CatchScreen and Voixity names and logos are our trademarks. These terms don't give you any right to use them except to refer to CatchScreen.

CatchScreen is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Voixity won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of CatchScreen.

We may update CatchScreen and these terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use CatchScreen means you accept the updated terms.
